I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach and Founder of T.R.Y. (The Real You) Coaching, Inc. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services and a Master of Science in Psychology. I don’t say this to sound braggadocious… I say it because I am extremely passionate about my purpose; so I have made the investment in myself so that I can invest in others.

Now that we have gotten the worldly acclaim out of the way… I too have struggled with feeling stuck and not quite knowing what my path in life should be.  Asking the questions, “Who am I?” and “What is my purpose?” This question led me on the path to healing – to uncovering and discovering gifts, strengths, and skills.

This discovery only happened through healing and growth work, deep soul searching, prayer and meditation. This healing and growth work requires readiness, commitment, consistency, and discipline…. Whew! I know right!

My journey to self-discovery and healing has been a long one. Man.. it hasn’t been easy! But I am grateful for the strength and Divine guidance to have withstood the many storms. It gave me the wisdom, the knowledge, and the courage to awaken to another aspect of my life’s purpose.

I realize that my passion for helping others feel empowered and follow their hearts was/is directly correlated to the most painful parts of my journey. With that being said, I made a commitment to God and myself to assist others on their journey of discovering themselves and living on a deeper level.

Today, I continue to do my own work with the understanding that it is a life-long journey. I invite you to do your work so that you too can live life boldly and become the fullest expression of who God created you to be.

I truly believe that one’s purpose in life should answer a simple question: How is someone’s life better because they have crossed your path?
